When I open Amazon's page a splash screen appears that takes up a third of the screen. This splash screen provides keystroke shortcuts. Are you responsible. If HOW MAY I PERMANENTLY ELIMINATE THIS ANNOYANCE?

It now appears to be an issue caused by Amazon's website. Hopefully 1.5 hours spent with 8, yes 8, different agents has solved the problem. I have little faith, however, in Amazon these days.
