2nd verification call my device for verification that way you know you are calling the right device because I had people tracking my device turning off the 2nd verification I'm trying to add for security reasons

I want my 2nd verification turned back on , I had someone tracking my device turning this 2nd security off so they could steal my info , now I want it turned on so you know you calling the right device
