Stopped receiving email in thunderbird, but can receive it in server's webmail, even though no changes in passwords or thunderbird version used.
Talked to tech help on my server; no problem there. Problem just popped up about a week ago. I can even send myself an email from thunderbird site and never receive it there, but get it on my server's webmail. I can also send an email from the server's webmail and immediately receive it on that webmail site, but not receive it on thunderbird. What's wrong?

When you try to get your mail in Thunderbird (e.g. when Thunderbird starts) are you getting an error message? If so please reproduce it here.
I get no error message.
bottom left corner of the windows. Are the two monitor icons blue or black and white with a red X?
