Firefox won't let me Update my SYNC, SYNC'ing old Data

I had an old version of Firefox Sync, however I have recently updated my settings and would also like to update the sync as well, however The Sync program keeps loading in the old sync data and I see no way to update the sync data.

Please help

I have the latest version of Sync if I am not mistaking.

When I said "Old Sync" I was referencing the DATA on the sync was old, not the Sync software itself.

Ahhh ok I see. sorry for the misunderstanding :)

Firefox Sync troubleshooting and tips should be able to help you, specifically try clearing your sync data and the steps for if sync won't update.
