there's no feature to reset my Password I have tried older ones that doesn't work , with no feature to reset it? please tell me hoe Mozilla expects People to Use the sight when so many cans get into their accounts security is too strict , we can't browse?

I have just had a scam calendar entry added without me accepting the invite or an email requesting it.

The entry has clickable links - obviously scam/spam

How could that happen?

Since a few days ago, when I try to create a new message in Thunderbird, clicking the "Compose" button does nothing. However, replying to or forwarding messages still works.

Is some setting in my Mozilla now preventing this site from loading?

If I open a new window this link is the first thing that open automatically.

My program has a domain that is routed through Google Workspace. There are two email addresses that I am trying to manage with Thunderbird- one is Info@, the other is MyName@. The outgoing server specified for both addresses is smtp.gmail.com

I'm having trouble with the Outgoing Server settings in TB- mail sent from MyName@ is sent and received normally, but when the recipient replies, it goes to Info@. When I tried changing this in Account Settings>Edit Outgoing Server (specifying 'MyName@ as the User Name), it applies this same User Name to the Info@ Outgoing Server settings. And vice versa- if I change the Info@ Outgoing Server settings, it applies this back to the MyName@ Outgoing Server settings again.

I tried using 'Manage Identities' in Account Settings, creating an Info@ Identity, but this doesn't fix the problem. Help would be appreciated.

Since updating Firefox on June 30, 2025 on my Dell desktop computer that runs Windows 10, most of my bookmarks are no longer visible. Only four of my bookmark folders are visible and most of their contents have disappeared.

However, 1) my uncategorized bookmarks - those in "other bookmarks" are still visible, and 2) If I go to "Manage bookmarks" and do a search, I can find all of my bookmarks including those that are no longer visible.

In addition, I can no longer add or delete bookmarks. It looks like I can do add a bookmark and it will let me go through the steps of adding a book mark - it even says I can put it in all my old folders that are otherwise no longer visible. But one I complete the process the bookmark does not show up.

I have read multiple Firefox Help articles about disappearing bookmarks and have taken all the steps suggested including: - Attempted to restore backups of bookmarks - didn't work. It shows me the multiple old backups but when I try to restore one I get the message "Unable to process the backup file". I have tried it with at least four of the old backup files - all without success. - cleared cache - did troubleshooting mode - refreshed Firefox - uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox - looked to see if I had a different profile other than my default profile that I could switch to. I do not see another profile.

Nothing has helped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that my company ip (or block) has been block for support.mozilla.org. it works from other ips and our vpn lines. cant find any reason why and no our ip blocks dont show on any RBL list etc? i can ping etc the host so routing is all good....webserver is accepting ssl connection then returns a 403 with headers and error page

tried emailing but got canned reply that didnt even read email,

is there any hope?

Hi, when composing a new message, as soon as thunderbird realises that this new email address is not in my contacts/address then the send button whites out and I cannot send. Thank You Lee

Firefox update erased all my saved history, passwords and bookmarks. No posted solution helps. Max OS 15.6, Firefox 141.0.2

I cant access firefox: I get a message that says : Firefox is trying to install a new helper tool. Enter your password to allow this.

I have no idea what my password is and I am unable to change it BECAUSE I DON'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.
