I don't know if "Accounts" is the right category, but none of the other categories seem right either...

I try to submit ideas or comment on other ideas, but my ideas and comments never get reviewed. It's been three years and all of my ideas are still awaiting approval. How many years does it usually take for them to review your ideas? I see other people whose ideas were definitely reviewed and approved much faster, as some of them are commenting on recent updates that are less than 3 years old. The top idea right now was very clearly posted within the last week or so because it addresses the new Nova update that just wet out a couple days ago,

How do I get my Ideas to be reviewed? Three years seems like a really long time to expect people to wait. The program has been updated so many times within the last three years... I wated my ideas to be considered within the time-frame when they were relevant. Obviously.

I posted trying to understand why none of my Ideas have been reviewed and are still awaiting approval even after three years, and when I went to check to see if anyone had responed to the post, it says that the post doesn't exist. What happened to my post, and why do I have to wait upwards of 3 years to have my Ideas reviewed when other people have their ideas reviewed and approved immediately?

This request is regarding payments and billing. I am unable to successfully install the Mozilla VPN on linux, and I do not want to try again. My VPN subscription has been cancelled. It looks like "Link" has hijacked my credit card, it is listed as what will pay Mozilla VPN. How can I avoid this and pay you directly the way I've done from the beginning.

Asking because there was several attempted frauds on my CC the bank stopped. Original CC has been blocked and cancelled. Went to put new CC information in and find it will go to "Link". Please explain if you can.

I tried to cancel my Mozilla VPN subscription and it keeps saying my subscription is not found yet it keeps trying to charge an old credit card of mine. How do I cancel my subscription without having any customer service reps to speak with?
