I have tried this but it asks me for my recovery key. I can not find my recovery key however because I have no option to "manage my account" in the sync panel, even though I have made an account.

I tried this, but it seems to have died on the login. One possible factor is that the two browsers that are successfully syncing are on Ubuntu machines (Firefox 10.0.2 on one, not sure of the other, but could be 3.1.something), and the troublesome one is on Windows XP (Firefox 10.0.2). The failing one is on the same LAN as one of the ones that works. Here's my log.
