Used Norton Utilities, now Firefox doesn't display certain sites properly. Amazon.com is listed as unsecure and doe not come up correctly. Norton took 1.5 hrs. and could not advise, and couldn't speak English. Have used you for years. HELP!
I am a user for several years. I used Norton Utilities Windows updated that night. The next morning Firefox had problems with certain websites and G MAIL. Some sites came up fine. Others are partial, or no pictures (all text & scattered), or listed as unsecure (like Amazon) even when called up from bookmarks. Internet Explorer works fine, but I hate it.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
