When I try to save images sometimes I get avi or Wepa as an extension. If I use Explorer I get a more standard extension like jpeg or png. Is there an option or setting I can change ? Thank You

Can you provide steps to replicate? Also, update to 96.0.3 and see if you have the same issue.
Can you provide a link to an image where that happens?
Current releases support .webp and .avif images and websites may prefer this format as they have better compression (lower file size).
You can look for an extension on the Add-ons website.
- Don't "Accept" image/webp https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/dont-accept-webp/
Multiple links do this. but if I use Internet Explorer they all save as .jpg or some more common format. This has been happening for a while, and yes I have the latest version.
