Please, could someone tell me how to get rid of all of those annoying Quick Links that appear on the opening page of my Firefox browser Version 88 for Windows 10 - or at least delete the ones I've never visited. Thanks.

Hi If you want custom home page refer below link https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-set-the-home-page If you want blank page just copy paste this in the url box about:blank Hope it helps
