I am just about ready to give up on Firefox. Every single day, I try to reply to emails and I get this message. This message can't be sent right now. I am so sick of this, I could scream. I am no tech wizard and don't know how to fix it. I have to exit out of Firefox and open google chrome and then I can reply to emails. You have know idea how frustrating this is. If I don't fine help here, I'm done with Firefox. I am using windows 10.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
