I had to do a "Refresh" yesterday, and now when I log into a website (a bank) I get logged in, but when I click an area I want to go to within that site, the site crashes. Why? Did Refresh do something I am not aware of?

Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few? Is it the site crashing, or the browser?

What happens? What are the exact error message(s) ?

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

If an error message came up, it just flashed for a moment and logged me out. Right now, it has only happened with the bank's site, but that may change as I log into other sites, but haven't as of yet.
