Hi raymead, is the problem with Firefox's toolbar area being partially off-screen, or is the problem with a web page in the browser?
For Firefox's toolbar area, that definitely shouldn't happen. Try maximizing the window using Alt+Space followed by x (or click Maximize).
For the content area, if there's no horizontal scroll bar along the bottom of the page, try reducing zoom by holding down Ctrl and tapping the - key once or twice. You can reset that back by holding down Ctrl and tapping 0 (zero).

Hi, please check here the 3 Bar Menu --> Customize then bottom of the page to Density and make sure it is set at Normal.
