What site are we talking about?

It happens on every site I attempt to enter.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Can you right-click this input field and open the Inspector? What element gets selected if you open the Inspector?

You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the builtin Inspector with this element selected.

When I open "Inspect Element" I get a bunch of computer speak which I don't understand
