Receive "System Unavailable - Please try again" message 90% of the time when I go through all the ebay and PayPal step to print a label. Works in other browsers

I receive "System Unavailable - Please try again" message in red 90% of the time when I go through all the ebay and PayPal steps to print a label. This works in other browsers all the time so why not Firefox. It has been happening for years now and with every computer I use. One would have thought the bugs would be worked out by now! I lose so much time in lost productivity and it is very frustrating to go through all the machinations only to received the above message at the end. Please find a fix for this!
