Password is not working and you are not sending as promised to emaill
Kindly send me a new password since the one I applied and you accepted when I installed Firefox on my computer tonight is not working. Repeatedly have tried to login, failed due to the fact your new password being sent to my email never arrived, repeatedly checked my email and the site says it was sent again and again and there is nothing. Leads me to think the reason for this is you do not want me to apply privacy on my computer so early with the set up. Regardless there are other people with the same problem. So far my experience has not been a satisfactory one. Please correct the problem on your end. It is now after 3 am and I want to go to sleep. Thank you in advance for fixing the problem. P.S.Hoping this policy at Mozilla that brings about this convenience is corrected.
