Though You Say You Sent Me Email To Change Password, They Have Not Been Received!

Many times I have used sync to tranzfer info unto a new computer and or refreshed computer! Over last 24 hours I have sent numerous requests for 'change of password' for the ones I tried haven't worked so I can log in!

You say you sent an email over and over again but not one has arrived to my email which is confirmed you have the right email address!

There is absolutely no evidence that you have tried to send an email to me, I've checked spam, I've even looked to see if somehow it went a folder other then my inbox, nothing has been received from you!

You may be entering the wrong email address. I tested 2 fake emails in the Reset password page and received the green checkmark telling me the password reset emails were sent. It is not a real confirmation that your email address is used by Firefox Accounts.

This is done this way so that hackers and spammers can not trick the system by entering many kinds of random emails and wait to see if they get a "This email address exists" confirmation. So for security purposes, all email addresses entered there are treated as real even if there's no matching account with that email.

Please try some of your other email addresses there and see if you receive a reset password email in those accounts.

I am entering the same email that I entered to change the SUPPORT password. I received that email. I did NOT receive add-on change password email. I did it four times!!!
