After installing Windows10 can't delete inbox messages and was told to change my browser.

I am unable to delete emails often. Sometimes if I mark one or two to delete it will work. When I mark several and click delete nothing happens. Also, when I delete an item while it is open and then go back to my inbox it is not deleted. I asked Yahoo support and the suggestion that came up was to change my browser, which I don't want to do. Can you help?! Thanks.

I understand that messages are not being deleted when you manage your web mail in Firefox. I would be more than happy to help, however I might suggest trying Safe Mode first to make sure its not a hardware acceleration or add on interfering with the functionality of the site.

I understand that messages are not being deleted when you manage your web mail in Firefox. I would be more than happy to help, however I might suggest trying Safe Mode first to make sure its not a hardware acceleration or add on interfering with the functionality of the site.
