Why do I have to reloading Firefox because it locks up after the Mem Usage gets 700,000 to 1,000,000
It does this even though I electronically disconnect from the internet during the day & when I am sleeping .

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox.
Try Safe web sites. Is the problem still there?
