Why when I click for a new tap do I get Delta Search? Does Firefox not provide tabs?

I don't like Delta Search. It collects search details and obviously sells them, since I am getting scores of emails about topics I've searched via this invasive search service. How do I get rid of it? I've tried removing it from my programs to no avail.
