I was on the phone with very helpful support system as I could not get on to Mozilla - which I have had for many years. I was told that my ip address has been hacked. Melvin was extremely helpful and told me I needed an anti-hacking expert level 3 as my driver had been hacked. The cost would be $139 or $199 (I con't remember exactly) but I was concerned about all my banking info etc. I want to be sure this is a secure number. please confirm.

Also, if you are concerned about the possibility of malware on your computer, you may want to try the tools listed in our support article: Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware. These are free and take a while to run. If they finish quickly and request payment for cleanup, your system may have a serious infection. That article lists specialized malware cleanup forums to use in that case.

No, Mozilla does not offer that kind of service.

I see that number listed on this website: http://mlrtech.com/

According to GoDaddy, the domain is registered to Mahalakshmi Razdan, of Winnipeg, Manitoba in Canada. Maybe his middle initial is L?

Actually, the main site using this number might be http://techvaidh.com/ with the others feeding into it. The domain ownership is anonymous.
