The new Firefox (157.0) is not allowing Amazon Music to play in the web version. Worked fine before. I turned off Ad blocker and it still is not working. Amazon Music has to allow a window at the bottom of the page to show song playing and whatnot. Please help!

This has been happening for 3 days. The login works fine on Microsoft edge but doesn't work with Firefox.

Please advise what I have to do to get my e-mail in Firefox.

On my Windows 10 PC, Firefox has started bringing up the message "The page isn’t redirecting properly" when I click on BBC Sounds. It connects to every other part of the BBC website (bbc.co.uk) but not to Sounds. I've tried emptying cookies and the cache, but it makes no difference. MS Edge is opening Sounds OK, but I prefer to use Firefox. Please can you tell me what else I can do to get over this problem?

I used to be able to sign in and out of substack until this last update for pc. For some reason it will not let me do anything on this site. Wondered what setting I have checked or un-checked that might be the problem. Thank you.

I’ve noticed a strange problem in Firefox where some images on a website don’t always load the first time. The page itself loads normally, but occasionally a few product images are just blank. Refreshing the page usually makes them appear. I’ve been noticing this while working on a site I maintain, for example on some of the product pages here https://emcindustrial.com

What’s odd is that I can’t seem to reproduce it consistently. The same pages work normally in Chrome and Edge, and sometimes Firefox loads everything perfectly too. I’ve already tried clearing the cache and checking with extensions disabled, but I’m still seeing it occasionally.

Does anyone have any idea what could cause Firefox to load the page but fail to load individual images? Is there something specific I should check in the Network or Console tools when it happens? 1st image is what's showing on firefox, 2nd is how it should be ( showing on chrome)

After months of successfully using Word on the web through my Microsoft Basic subscription, I can no longer access it from Firefox. My practice has been to keep current documents on my Firefox desktop and until now I have opened them in Word by simply clicking on their icons.

Now when I click on a document, I get a menu asking which software I want to use to open it. The list of available software does not include Word, nor any other word processing software. All my document icons are visible on the desktop, but not accessible.

As a workaround, a Microsoft technician suggested that I use Edge to go to my account on the Microsoft website and open my documents from there. That works but I prefer to use Firefox as my default desktop and have never configured Edge. Why has Firefox changed its settings?

Until this last update, I had no issue with accessing https://shopgoodwill.com/. Now when I try, I get access denied. I can access the site using Edge.

I have no idea where to ask this question. It's a problem with Firefox on my desktop. I have no problem on mobile or with other browsers. If I'm in a private group that I am not a moderator in, the Create Post pop-up window doesn't fully load. I get the frame of the window and then it's just gray and kind of flashing like it's trying to load. I turned off all my extensions and that didn't do anything so that's not the problem. My FF is updated and everything else works fine. And it's not a FB issue as it works fine in Chrome. Anyone have any ideas?

When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. I know this has been an ongoing issue, but it only happens with firefox on both my computers, vpn and all extensions off. Even tried a new IP address, same issue.

The problem occurs when a site refers users to a Google sign-in page. You enter your email, click the "Next" button, and nothing happens. This has been happening for at least the last 60 days. I see many complaints of this issue across various forums on the web. Additionally, within the same time frame, I've noted excessive 'clocking' and delayed screen response when accessing many sites via Firefox. Recently, I've had to resort to using Edge due to the number of sign-in issues and there's never an issue. Respectfully, please do not respond with, "Clear your cache" and other common suggestions. They don't work, I've already done it. This is a Firefox issue that needs correcting.

after the recent update when i try to use the nyt games app the crossword, mini, midi puzzles are almost unplayable. type one letter and the grid jumps so you can't see what you are typing. realign and type the second letter and the same happens. worked with AI for about an hour. no fix.

For the last two or three weeks the sign in button on the UK lottery has been greyed out but I can sign in using a Microsoft browser. Lottery's help was limited to "use another browser". Any ideas please? By the way, I am based in the UK.

I get "This browser version is no longer supported. Please upgrade to a supported browser." when I open Gmail in Firefox. I have version 156.01 on windows. Have been getting the message since Sept 1 or so. Otherwise, FireFox seems to work OK. But some websites do not work properly with it like Home Depot and the City Of Brockton website, I have to use chrome to access them.

When logged into Merrill Lynch brokerage account on my laptop I navigate to my stock listing to view my listings and all I see is the first column which lists the stock name. All other columns are blank (Cost invested, price per share, quantity, total worth, % increase etc) Merrill is telling me its with Firefox but I have never had this issue before. I have tried the online suggestion of clearing data and turning off Enhanced tracking protection with no fix. Any help would be appreciated.
