I cannot send emails from my firefox server. I just get error messages: 'message could not be sent because connection to SMTP server SMTP.btinternet.com timed out.'

I have no idea what that means.

This just suddenly started happening a few days ago. Very few of the incoming messages are being received.

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

Please help! RH
