Menu bar glowing blue
When a blue glowing notification appears on one of the pinned tabs, it fills the entire menu bar. All the elements have a blue color accent. They are rendered normally after I hover the cursor over them. Often happens when minimizing/maximizing the window.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Thanks, turning off the hardware acceleration helped :)
