Since upgrading to Windows 10, I can only access my Yahoo email using Microsoft Edge. When I try to access in Firefox or Google Chrome, my access is denied. I've tried clearing cookies, browser history, rebooting my router, etc. Any ideas I can try?

Hi,

Could you please try clearing Firefox cache and running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? Does any of that help?

What error message do you see when you try to access that site in Firefox?

Thank you for the screenshot.

That suggests that this is not a Firefox issue but a problem that they are aware of and are looking into.

Maybe so but, my email works fine if I access it through Microsoft Edge. Thanks for you input though.

Hi,

Could you please try clearing Firefox cache and running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? Does any of that help?

Thank you very much. Problem solved. It seems DuckDuckGo was the culprit which I don't understand because I was using it with Windows7. Upgraded to Windows10 and had problems! Again, thank you!
