This is the message I receive when I try to sign in to my Adobe account online:

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at auth.services.adobe.com.

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

How do I check that Firefox has permission to access this page? Or, what else do I need to do to sign in to my account?

Thank you!

What happens with adobe.com?

Same thing:

I clicked on adobe.com and that's the site/address that came up after I clicked on "Sign In".

Gotcha...

Do you have the same issue with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Windows home or pro and what security software are you running besides MS Defender?

Just tried troubleshoot mode. Same result.

Windows 11 Pro

No other security software.

WOW...

You should have Windows Sandbox enabled for testing. https://www.howtogeek.com/399290/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-sandbox-to-safely-test-apps/

I've got Sandbox installed. I'll have to try Adobe tomorrow morning when I'm back at work.

Thank you for your help - it is MUCH appreciated! I will post after I try signing in to Adobe in the morning.

Good morning! I downloaded Firefox in Sandbox and tried Adobe. I can sign in!

So, I'm thinking this means that the trouble is with my firewall and/or a security issue? Could Firefox be blocking it somehow? If so, where do I check?

Thank you!

Also try different version of Firefox(Beta, Dev, or Nightly) and see if you have the same issue. Make sure to install in a different directory than your current install. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/

Try Refreshing Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
