Firefox crashes
I can not pull information up from different sites. I keep getting unwanted pop-ups.

Check to see if your Firefox is updated and install an adblocker.
Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Your MindSpark Toolbar Platform Plugin Shown in System Details above is the likely cause of your problem. Google for information.
See if it is in Control Panel>Programs to uninstall. Look for it in Add-ons>Plug-ins & Extensions. Remove/Delete/De-activate as appropriate.
