I have received email notice that my account will be deleted in 7 days;is that correct or spam?

I have received today 16/10/2026 an email purporting to be from Firefox telling me that my account will be terminated in 7 days and account totally deleted. I'm not sure it's genuine as I use Firefox regularly as my main server. If it is correct can you indicate how I maintain my access to the web and my Firefox account please? "Message: Your Mozilla account and data will be deleted in 7 days Your Mozilla account is used to access free privacy and browsing products like Firefox sync, Mozilla Monitor, Firefox Relay, and MDN. Your account and your personal data will be permanently deleted on Friday, Oct 23, 2026 because you haven’t been active". Roberto Franceschini vespasianimp@yahoo.co.uk
