Hello,
My bookmarks now open in the bookmark sidebar instead of the main window.
I found this archived thread https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/820849 Indeed when look at the bookmarks Properties, the option for loading them in the sidebar is ticked.
This thread says it happens when you click on "add bookmark" or whatever directly on the webpage.
However, that is not the case for me: I entered most of them manually and they did not behave like that before. I should mention that they are all in a folder, and all the other bookmarks not in this folder didn't get the sidebar option enabled. Also I use sync so it might have to do with that maybe.

This will always happen with the Epson TM-T20 printer after successfully printing approximately 40 receipts. After restarting Firefox the problem is repeated.
The printer driver is the latest version 5.09E of 2018-01-15 but the driver version does not affect this issue.
I have tested individual versions of Firefox with factory default settings. This problem first appeared in version 50.0b1. Firefox 49.0.2 and older work well with this printer.

I installed Ubuntu Mate 16.04 (32-bit) next to Win 7 (dual boot), and it has Firefox 59.0 already installed. When I try to play videos (mp4), on some sites it won't play. In Windows + Chrome it works. While trying to find solution, I found helpful site https://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html , which shows me that what I'm missing is H.264/MP4 on FF 4.0b11. YouTube works. Is there a way to play this kind of video in Firefox?

Hello
I am currently using Ubuntu 18.04 and Firefox Quantum 59.0.2 64-bit. On some websites, I am unable to select the password field either using tab or a mouse click to be able to enter a password. This leaves me unable to login. However, this doesnt seem to happen on all password fields.
For example on https://reddit.com I can enter username and password on the field on the right. However, if I click on Login hyperlink on 'Want to join? Log in or sign up in seconds.', I get a popup which I am unable to click the password field on.
I have also seen this problem on https://abnzb.com
I have tried to run in safe-mode but the problem persists.
My addons are Gnome shell integration, Enhanced Steam, HTTPS Everywhere, uBlock origin.
Also, to add to this. When I right click on the password text fields, I do not get a menu popup. I am not sure if this is related or not.

I'm using Arch Linux on a working PC, with a proprietary NVIDIA driver installed. Our team is using bitbucket and started to use trello now. The problem is, when I open trello's card with a bitbucket frame inside, the bitbucket show 'loading...' all the time and boost cpu usage to 100%, until a popup showing 'A web page is slowing down your browser' lets me to stop it. The same webpage works on chromium, however I'm a firefox fan for a long time and don't really want to switch to chrom*. The problematic script should be "https://bello.prod.atl-paas.net/attachment.f6e55328fb46e5361c8a.js", but I'm not sure why it will cause the problem, is it not properly parsed or excuted? I would be very grateful if anyone could kindly provide any ideas for solving this problem.

When I try to use any web page with WebRTC, such as https://mozilla.github.io/webrtc-landing/gum_test.html or https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/resolution/ I get an error "NotReadableError: Failed to allocate videosource"
But only on Windows 10 Pro. Not on Centos6 or 7, or on Windows 7 or 8. I have tried 3 different though similar systems with Windows 10, tried different user accounts, tried nightly Firefox, but always the same error (and no video feed)
I subscribed to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1418827 but there have been no updates.

Can I change the file picker on Firefox 59 on Linux?
I used to set "ui.allow_platform_file_picker=false", but this does not work anymore.
Thanks.
I personally think the current file picker is fairly unintuitive.
- If a sub directory is highlighted, then "Save" button opens the sub directory instead of saving the file on the current directory. In addition, it is not easy to unhighlight the sub directory.
- To create a new directory, I need to 1) click on the [+] button, 2) enter the new directory name, 3) click on the file name, 4) press Enter. Step 3)---using mouse---is required.

I'm on Firefox 60.0~b9 right now but the issue first I noticed in version 59 stable channel.
The hangs up happens when I execute `fc-cache -fv`
While the OS updating fonts cache, Firefox use of CPUs will jump up, the window lags and every other tab becomes blank with circular progress animation in the middle of the page. Some time I can't close the window by clicking the close button and have to do it from command line.
Edit: Saw there was an update to 60.0-b10. Updated. Added a new font and updated fonts cache. Firefox hung and pages became blank, but after font-cache was finished from being updated the tabs recover to normal again. I didn't observe this behaviour before because I would have just closed firefox process.
