ACCESS DENIED Keeps coming up

my landline has now been disconected. my broadband provider is still PLUSNET. an e mail containing my contract has been sent but i cannot view it because a message saying ACCESS DENIED keeps appearing. it advises me to go to SETTINGS and enable cookies in my BROWSER. this i have done [but they were already enabled]. still message arrives saying ACCESS DENIED. where do i go from here pse.

Can you try signing in using a Private Window? Otherwise some steps to remove old sessions and enable cross–site cookies:

  1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon in the left part of the address bar when on the site that complains. If ETP is enabled, try disabling it.
  2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache.
  3. If it does not help, try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website).
