I don't think this is Firefox iOS (=mobile) issue.

For desktop, not sure if Zen has that functionality exposed, you can use the built–in reporter: How do I report a broken site in Firefox desktop? — otherwise check with Zen support surfaces.

If you reproduce this on Firefox too, you can run mozregression to help validate if that's a browser change, or just something broken on Spotify side.
