For the last year, I have been unable to receive incoming emails from Sutter Health and I have been unable to get my written messages to Sutter Health to send. Have I caused something in the Firefox browser to block the site sutterhealth.com or mho.com? If this message is not something Firefox can help me with, can you reply so I might search out who might be able to assist me. Thank you, in advance, to your potential help in this regard.

No.

Firefox does not influence any deliverability of email — you can only use it to visit the webmail interface, however all the actions are taken by the service provider without the browser getting anywhere near the actual email communication.

That's something that's happening in the actual email infrastructure.
