I am trying to view this website http://citrixvendor2.wellpoint.com but in some reason that i don't know the browser fail to load the website.

The url is a company portal and it needs the Citrix Online Plugin for Web to access it. But in some reasons I can access the website. I already updated the said plugin and install previous version of Firefox to test if the solution from this post will work. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/963683#answer-455260. But none of the solution works for me.
