I cannot get the puzzles in jigidi.com to open up in Firefox anymore for about 2 weeks now. Can you help?

It says unable to open puzzle. sends me to the add on page with a grey screen with an x over the add on. I don't know which add on to enable.

That looks like Flash content.

You can check for problems caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update and possibly downgrade to Flash 11.2 or 10.3.
