Hotmail worked fine last night. Now henever I open my hotmail inbox I see the inbox page for half a second until firefox crashes. Hotmail works fine in chrome. I first had this problem in nightly, so I uninstalled everything mozilla (including user settings/customizations) and tried installing it again. Hotmail still does not work. It is not a addon problem because it happens with all of them disabled too. It's sucks having to open a new browser to check my hotmail. Gmail woks fine.

I'm using firefox 14.0.1

First, try to reset Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings. This simple step will eliminate many Firefox problems with only one click.

Also, can you kindly attach a Crash ID?

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox location bar (that's where you enter your website names) and press Enter. You should now see a list of submitted crash reports.
  2. Copy the most recent 5 report IDs that you see in the crash report window and paste them into your forum response.

Thanks in advance for your help!
