It took several attempts to open Firefox. I sent a crash report each time and read two of them. They both included the text "GLXtest process failed (exited with status 1): GLX version older than the required 1.3" It seems I need to download some software.

I saw that before I made my post. It seemed to say that GLX is not supported, but my crash report seemed to say that GLX is needed.
