How do I open tabs/windows/sessions from another computer?

On one of my secondary computers, I have an option in my History menu to open/view a list of "tabs from other computers". It's greyed out, but it's there. On my main computer, which is where I want to open these tabs (originally from my secondary computer), there is no such menu option. So how do I open tabs/windows from another computer, which is supposed to be possible with Sync?

So you have Sync set up on both computers?
Are both set up to Sync Tabs?
