After entering my user ID the site next displays a security question with an entry box for the answer. The problem is that the security box is displayed, BUT NOT THE QUESTION. I am unable to get past this part on the sign-in process in order to log on to the site. Am I missing a plug-in or a setting?

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
