I found a folder on my desktop entitled Old Firefox data. It contains a folder entitled 3h0lsis5.default-release. It's almost 900 MB. Do I need this folder? Or can I delete it? Thanks in advance.

It's your backup. If you don't need it and Firefox looks OK, you can remove it.
