can anybody remove needinfo flag?

I assume this might not be the best place but I see no other. Basically this issue hangs in needinfo state while info is as far as I can tell provided: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1231886#c29

I can't remove the flag but probably assigned developer is ignoring issue until flag is cleared. I know some people here have the necessary permissions.
