I had Done Lot of Search Engine Sequence Setting in Manage Search Engine with Moved up & Moved Down Button. ( Image Attached )
This Setting I wanted to Sync with My Other 8 PC Also.
But When I Start Sync Firefox its not working
so can i do it manually.
I gone in to Profile Folder from where I had Copied the searchplugins Folder & Pasted on Another PC, But not in the Same as what i had setup in sequence.
I had Also Copied Some Fire fox System file like - search.json, search-metadata.json etc. etc. but non work.

Your search stuff from what I just tested is here:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\SomeRandomName.default\search.json
I added some things and seen it appear. I also captured this file, made a bunch of changes then closed FF then deployed it with a script then opened FF, and had all my settings set back to what they originally were.
Give that a shot
If you copy the searchplugins folder with the search engine files to the other computer(s) and delete the current search.json file and search-metadata.json files.
Firefox should rebuild the search.json file from the default search engines in the "browser\searchplugins" folder in the Firefox program folder and the searchplugins folder in the Firefox profile folder.

i wanted to mentioned you before this between Nightly 32.0a1 to 38.0a1 this was never problem.
i had copied & Paste & worked Excellently same.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
