My university email through Gmail is no longer loading. I receive an error message that says it will never connect.

My university email is available through Gmail and for two semesters now I've been able to log on. Last week it would no longer direct me to the site. I try through both the link on my university page and by typing the URL. This is the message I receive:

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Please help! I Need to be able to get back on my email!

hello anna.nielsen, please try to go through all the steps listed in the following article: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them (please note that the "forget this site" option will also clear stored passwords for that site, so you should write that down beforehand if you depend on the password manager for it)
