How do i change the size of the attachment relative to the size of the email?

when i print emails with attachments and the attachment is larger than the text in the email either it print all of the attachment with tiny unreadable email text or it prints legible email text with an attachment thats only kinda on the paper. i need to be able to shrink the attachments but i cant figure out how

you need to accept that attachments need to be printed in their own application and you will have no issues.

View menu (Alt+V) and turn off the display of attachments inline.
