I can't access current flight selections for Southwest Airlines. Shows old calendar.
I keep getting their old calendar so I can't see flights into Feb of next year. I can get the flights on IE8 and Chrome. Would appreciate assistance.

Hello
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. Try to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- Click the menu button
, choose History, and then Clear Recent History....
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the Clear now button.
Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.
also, in your system details we can see that you have in your profile folder a User.js file.
(The user.js file does not exist by default. If you create the file forget it, if not, delete the User.js file. Note that some programs create and write in the User.js file also).
thank you

There is usually no need to clear all cookies as this will remove cookies from websites that you would like to keep.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
