When I try to down load Firefox to my Win 8.1 laptop I get the the Fire Fox setup page and the the green rolling bars over the words "Downloading Firefox" but after an hour the bars are still rolling but there is no download.

Fire Fox has run on the laptop but disappered a few days ago.

I would appreciate help to solve this problem.

Firefox appears to be up and running. Thanks for your assistance. If it turns out that the problem has not been solved I will contact you again, though I do hope tat that will not be necessary!
