citibank site won't work

The citibank site has not worked for a week or two. I get the following error:

Try to click the lock icon in the address bar and then clear cookies an website data.

You can also try the option Forget About This Site, but make you have the login info. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/remove-websites-address-bar-suggestions
