When I try to download anything in my Mozilla Firefox Browser, it will not download and just says "Failed Download". I even tried to Retry Download and that does not work. My browser is up to date to the most current version. How can I fix this?

I see in the screenshots that there are pdf files.

Can you open it in Firefox?

If yes, you can then use the "save a copy" from the pdf viewer.

If not, it is possible the files are not available right now.
