aarp.org error 15 for two days now, used two AI to help, unable to have Firefox open; called aarp and was told it was a Firefox browser problem an to use another browser
What can Firefox change so I can log into aarp.org or when I read an email open the article up from the AARP page. I continue to get error 15

Does the same also happen when you try to open it in a new Private Window?
Generally the steps are:
- Try clearing Firefox cache.
- If it does not help, try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website).
- If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem doesn't persist, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.
- Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield
icon in the left part of the address bar. If ETP is enabled, try disabling it.
- If nothing from the above helps, try creating a new Firefox profile and check if the issue persists there. If it doesn't, you can start copying files from your old profile to the new one to identify which one causes the issue. See this article on what files to copy.
I did clear, several times, did turn off all enhanced tracking, did use private window, did refresh Firefox, did NOT run Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode.
I was able to open up aarp.org in the troubleshoot mode. What does that tell me? What can I do to fix it?
I used the troubleshoot mode and exited and reopened and it seems to be working fine. Thank you for the help!
Lovely! Yes, it sometimes does fix things just by going into that mode, and the sites then remember the correct state. Worth looking into it more in case it happens again, but hopefully it will keep working as expected!
