Mozilla Firefox or Firefox for short is a web browser and not a search engine. A search engine is for example duckduckgo.com, bing.com, google.com etc.

To change to another of the default search engines your Firefox locale comes with or to install another search engine in Firefox then see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-your-default-search-settings-firefox
