Hello, Here are some solutions to the problem : Basic solutions : 1 .Check Internet: Check Internet: Can any browser (Edge, Chrome) access sites? If not, restart your modem/router. 2. Restart: Reboot your computer and router. 3. Restart Firefox: Close and reopen Firefox.

Network solutions (Firefox Specific) : 1. Clear Cache & Cookies: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data. 2. Check Proxy Settings:

   1. Go to Settings > General > Network Settings (scroll down) > Settings.
   2. Select "No Proxy" if you don't use one, or try "Auto-detect proxy settings"

3. Clear DNS Cache: Type about:networking#dns in the address bar and click "Clear DNS Cache". 4. Update/Reinstall: Ensure Firefox is the latest version, or try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

General Network & System Checks: 1. DNS Settings: Change your computer's DNS to Google (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1) in your network adapter settings. 2. Firewall/Antivirus: Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus to see if it's blocking Firefox, and add an exception if needed.

Problem solved on its own, but this info seems very helpful in case of a recurrence.

Many thanks!!

No problem! This can sometimes happen because the DNS issue has been resolved, and you sometimes have to wait it out.
